  • Please confirm that you understand your responsibilities under the Corporate Criminal Offences (CCO) legislation within The Criminal Finances Act 2017 stipulating that an organisation may be liable for any tax evasion carried out by an associated person, namely an employee, supplier or contractor, within the supply chain if the organisation can not show reasonable measures to prevent this tax evasion were taken. This is prevalent in the security industry in the form of self-employed individuals and a tacit acknowledgement that income tax may not be fully declared.

  • Thank you for applying to be a supplier to FGH security. Our Operational Management will review your submission if and when they need a labour provider. Should you fit the criteria then they will ask our Compliance Officer to review and approve your application so they can approach you with a work offer. This will involve an audit (if you are not yet BS10119/COP119 certified), contacting your references and a light touch financial health check. We prioritise suppliers who are both ACS and COP119 certified.

Just to manage expectations, our priority is to deploy or recruit our own team members, especially for any DS or SG work or regular work in the areas we operate. Work is almost entirely in the festival and event sector when we get double booked. This work predominantly goes to suppliers whom we have longstanding relationships with.

We do not subcontract anything and only rarely use labour supply so it is possible you will be on the list without ever being approved or called up to work.

We will be in touch with you if our Operations team instruct us to progress your submission.
